FTP Upload

We have an FTP site to submit artwork and print files.
Contact us for your user ID and password - this will be different from your
Client Log On Information otherwise we can arrange to have your artwork
disk collected for output.

Artwork Checklist

We have artwork services available, but if you suppling your own
artwork we ask that it conforms to the following minimum standards.

Image File Types

Images file: tif, bitmap, eps, ai, Jpeg (hi-res)
Colour Mode: CYMK (4 colour process), Greyscale and Mono
We can not be responsible for files supplied in RGB format during conversion to CYMK
Image Resolution: Minimum of 300dpi at actual print size unless requested otherwise.

Fonts/Typeface

If files are in raw format we require fonts to be embedded or supplied separately,
otherwise turn them all to outline or curves.

Checklist - Print Ready Files

Please ensure files carry bleed of at least 3mm where required with trim
and registration marks. In print order please confirm all PMS colours
and/or if 4 colour process all conversions have been made.

Please note that for Display Stands, Banners, Disk Labels etc some industry standards and sizes
need to be followed. We will provide specific information on request.
